General Provisions

2.2 Account Verification

pku9 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until the required verification is completed. Providing incomplete or false information may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on pku9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment methods accepted on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for each payment method).
• Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be voided.
• If a deposit amount is not reflected correctly, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

pku9 processes transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pku9 offers its users various bonuses and promotional benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

The welcome bonus applies once only, and each account is entitled to one welcome bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus must complete 20x wagering before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• No more than one bonus can be active on an account at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• pku9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program & Membership

pku9 runs a dedicated VIP program for its regular and loyal users. This program has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes depend on a user's overall activity and contribution to the platform. Detailed cashback payment methods and schedules are published in our promotions section.

pku9 reserves the right to modify any VIP benefits. If VIP status is found to be abused, benefits may be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pku9 platform. Violations of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to claim bonuses in a coordinated manner.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any artificial means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Placing bets on behalf of another user or using third-party funds.
• Demeaning or harassing other users.
• Attempting to intrude into the service or damage the system.

In any circumstances, pku9's total liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in that calendar month.

Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure at User Request

11.2 Closure by pku9

pku9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Engaging in prohibited activities described in Section 6.
• Registering with false information.
• Proven misuse of the bonus system.
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
• Account declared inactive due to prolonged inactivity.

Service Changes & Terms Updates

pku9 may make changes to its services, game list, bonus structure, or payment methods at any time. Advance notice of such changes will be provided wherever possible.

If these terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means you agree to the new terms.
